I've always wanted to go to Japan. I was raised on the culture despite not having any Japanese ancestry, but my great uncle lived in Chinatown and then Little Tokyo in Los Angeles, where he spent most of his life learning and adapting to East Asian cultures to the point of him speaking more Japanese and Chinese than English, so he raised me on Japanese and also Russian culture. I love both modern and old Japan, and long to see a real life Kabuki play and take part in a tea ceremony. I'm 30 now, so the dream of visiting is still very much alive! I would love to go to the Pokemon center with my fiance and visit Kyoto.
